With so many different wig vendors online it sometimes seems hard to know if you’re getting the best deal. Besides wanting to save some money and buy a wig at a discount price, there are a few other questions that can help you choose which online store to buy from.

What is your return policy?
Is there a restocking fee if I return the wig?
If I do not like the color I purchased will I be charged for another color in the same style?
If I do not like the wig I purchased can I exchange it for another style by a different company, and will there be any extra fees?
Most online wig stores will charge a restocking fee for the unworn and unwanted wig. This fee ranges in prices but often is a small percentage of the price paid for the wig.
Some companies will not charge you a restocking fee for a change in color IF you took advantage of using their color ring program. However this will most likely only apply to the brand, and wig style you purchased.
