Katarina Lucardie is one inspiring and brave little girl.
When she started middle school she decided that she wanted to tell her class mates that she was bald. Katarina, an 11 year old girl was born with Alopecia Areata and has been wearing a wig to school for most of her life. After some talks with teachers and her mother she decided she was tired of wearing a wig and disguising her bald and patchy hair. With the help of her school and supportive teachers Katarina made a video of her story of Alopecia Areata and then showed it to her classmates. Watch the story here!
