E-Wigs took my order in the afternoon and shipped this within MINUTES of my ordering! It arrived within 2 days, no extra charge! The other online store I'd been using, wigscom, I'd usually have to spend an hour on hold, then another 30 mins while taking the order. Then, if I was Lucky, the wig would follow a week or more later. Name Brand Wigs was even worse, advertising cheaply priced wigs, then hitting you with 12.95 shipping per wig, 30% restock fee simply to exchange for another colour, and up to 2 weeks for each delivery, for what seems to be seconds, ratty quality. E-Wigs is exceedingly polite, respectful, knowledgeable and prompt. The quality is ALWAYS superior and they don't try to pass seconds off on their smaller spenders, as those other 2 companies do! LOVE Noriko too, she is and always will be the most cutting edge and class act in alternative hair options!
