I was shocked at the poor quality and condition of this piece the moment it was unboxed. The piece arrived in a battered box, addressed directly from Margu, and was frizzy and full of static electricity, full of wild, frizzy curls that are not evident in the manufacturer images. It looked cheaply made, like something priced in the 50-75.00 range, but for 278.00. I've always enjoyed Margu pieces, but this one has made me decide to try other brands.
